Covid-19 Protocols and Procedures

Clients must not attend if:

  • They have Covid symptoms such as a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss or change to their sense of smell or taste
  • They have been in contact with someone that has been diagnosed with or has symptoms of the virus (as above)
  • They have been contacted by Test and Protect personnel and told to self-isolate for 10 days.

Procedures:

  • Arrive promptly for your appointment. The waiting area will not be available.
  • On arrival please sanitise your hands in line with government guidance.
  • Please wear your own face covering whilst in the studio.
  • Observe 1m distancing whenever possible.
  • Please wear clean socks throughout your session.
  • Understand and practice the catch it, bin it, kill it procedures for coughs and sneezes. Tissues and sanitiser will be provided in each room and at reception.
  • Avoid touching your mouth, eyes and nose as much as possible.
  • Leave promptly to reduce potential congestion in the reception area.

Additional Information:

  • Appointment times will be staggered to reduce congestion.
  • We have a 15 minute gap between each appointment or operate a one in one out policy depending on the time of day and how busy the studio is.
  • All equipment and touchpoints (door handles, card reader etc.) will be sanitised prior to your session
  • Towels will be changed after each client however you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer.
  • Wipeable cushions will be used and the benches and handles have been covered to enable cleaning.
  • Hand gel is available in the washrooms.
  • Hand gel and tissues are available in the studio.
  • Your instructor will be providing less hands-on cuing to enable the social distancing. Feedback will generally be provided verbally for the time being.
  • When possible we will be working with the windows open. You may want to bring extra clothing to take account of this.
  • Please bring your own water to avoid any possibility of cross contamination.
  • Waiting in the reception area before or after your session is not permitted at this time.
  • The usual 24 hour cancellation policy will be waived if a cancellation is Covid related but remains in place for any other short notice cancellation.
